RETURNED GOODS * Please contact Infrared Laboratories, Incorporated before returning an item for repair. You will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that will be used to track the return. Place this number on the outside of your shipping container. When we receive advance notice of a return, we are able to enter the work into our production schedule and return the instrument to you more quickly. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned goods purchased online. Purchased goods cannot be returned for a refund 30 days past the purchase date.
INFRARED LABORATORIES INCORPORATED LIMITED WARRANTY * Except as otherwise specified in the above quotation and attachments, all equipment sold by Infrared Laboratories, Incorporated is guaranteed for a period of one year against failure caused by defective materials or workmanship. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced upon return to our facility. Infrared Laboratories, Incorporated assumes no liability for loss of life or property caused by modification or misuse of any product or part. This warranty also does not apply to software or problems arising from normal wear or failure to follow instructions. The customer is responsible for the cost of delivering the affected products to us. Infrared Laboratories, Incorporated agrees to pay return shipping charges for items repaired under warranty. * This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. The remedies provided herein are buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies. Neither Infrared Laboratories, Incorporated nor any of its employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its instruments and software even if Infrared Laboratories, Incorporated has been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages. Such excluded damages shall include, but are not limited to: costs of removal and installation, losses sustained as the result of injury to any person, or damage to property.
