In order to maintain your IREM at optimal performance levels, we highly recommend placing Annual Preventative Maintenance service contracts on both your IREM Camera and Stage. Preventative maintenance is the proven best way to maximize machine up time and insure that you receive the highest return from your investment.

The IRLabs Service Contracts covers the IREM Camera, camera controllers (Gold Box and AUX box), AIRIS IREM interface software, aberration control hardware, crash protection to optics interface, LN2 auto fill interface, host computer, optics, illuminators, wafer prober interface, Newport stage and controller, and camera interface cables.
