Infrared Laboratories Celebrates
40 Years of Business

Infrared Laboratories was founded in 1967 to design and build advanced cryostats and low temperature bolometers used for a wide range of scientific applications. Our highly sensitive tools for near-IR imaging were chosen by NASA for use in the Hubble Space Telescope. Much later, in 1996, the world's first Infrared Emission Microscope, the IREM-I, changed the way the semiconductor industry locates failures, defects and design errors. Now, as transistors grow smaller and less power hungry, Infrared Laboratories has developed its own more sensitive near-IR imaging array equipped with optimized microscope objectives. In collaboration with the needs of our customers and related companies we continue the development of our products.
