ensure maximum uptime and continuous utilization of your IREM investment. The
program offers you the ability to take full advantage of the extensive
functionality of the IREM system and is designed to enhance the efficiency and
quality of your FA operations.
Our Service and Support program is designed to meet your
individual service requirements by offering various levels of service and
support, which are designed to cater to your technical support and training needs.
Our program covers in-house and field service including preventative
maintenance visits, telephone and email support for all IREM subsystems
including:

- Optics
- Electronics

Preventative Maintenance & Service Contracts
Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) service ensures that all recommended
maintenance is performed at the proper intervals, and proactively keeps your
IREM operating efficiently to alleviate unscheduled downtime. PMs are included
as a standard component of all Service Contract offerings.
Phone and email support ensures quick resolution of
technical issues and operational assistance to make sure you get the
most benefit from the extensive functionality of your system. Service programs
can be tailored to your need, ranging from standard working hours (07:00 to 20:00) 5-day plans to 24/7
plans for operations running multiple shifts.
IREM Evaluation & Diagnostic Services
If you don’t think you’re getting optimal performance from
your IREM, let us evaluate your system and diagnose any problems to determine
if service, upgrades, refurbishing, or training are needed to improve
performance. We evaluate IREMs from any manufacturer.
